PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Introducing our 3D-printed headlight intake duct, designed to replace the factory headlamp and provide a large, direct path for fresh air into your engine's intake system.
The duct is designed to help significantly reduce intake air temperatures while retaining useful lighting functionality.
Depending on the configuration selected, the duct can include:
High/low beam functionality
Running light / turn signal functionality
3" intake outlet
WHY ABS?
Unlike many competing ducts that use lower-grade materials that can be prone to warping, our ducts are manufactured from high-quality ABS.
ABS is a proven automotive material widely used by OEMs for engine-bay components due to its high glass-transition temperature, durability, and excellent heat resistance. When properly printed, ABS also provides excellent interlayer adhesion, resulting in a strong, durable 3D-printed part.
This makes it a much better choice for an intake duct exposed to the temperatures and conditions found in an engine bay.
